We work hard to send orders as quickly as possible and due to the current health contingency we offer you our new shipping options: a) shipments in the San Pedro Garza García area, b) shipments to the Monterrey metropolitan area and c) national shipments d)international shipments.

Or if you prefer, you can choose what you like, make your purchase and collect in our physical store located in Missouri 316 Pte., Col. Del Valle, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico.

Yes, we ship to any country where the main parcel services offer coverage, you can check the shipping cost when making your checkout, and if your country is not on the list you can request a personalized quote to the email ventas@tikal.com .mx. Consider that because they are delicate pieces and sometimes large in volume, international shipments can be somewhat expensive.

We guarantee that all orders will be shipped in a timely manner.

Orders for the local area: If you make your purchase from Monday to Friday before 18:00 hrs. and your destination address is in the San Pedro Garza García area or the Monterrey metropolitan area, you will receive your order the next business day, only in case there’s any problem with your order we’ll contact you to reschedule your shipment.

National orders: Generally they take between 4 and 7 business days from the moment of the order until you receive it at your home.

International orders: It usually takes 12-15 business days for you to receive your order, and this depends on the country you live in and the customs inspection process. Consider that the time required for customs procedures is beyond our control.

Once you have your shopping cart ready, you can select the option “Ir a página de pago” (Go to payment page). There we’ll give you detailed information about the cost of your shipment depending on the option you choose, whether it’s local, national or international shipping, and also depending on the total weight of your order.

Shipping for the San Pedro G.G. area: Any order that you make your shipment will have a minimum cost of $100.00 MXN.

Shipping for the metropolitan area of Monterrey: If you require that your order be sent to an address within the metropolitan area of Monterrey it will cost $ 170.00 MXN.

National and international shipments: We can send your orders to any part of the Mexican Republic or to other countries, the pieces or orders are quoted through parcel services, for which we’ll indicate the corresponding cost at the time of your checkout and it will depend on the total weight of the order.

It’s important that the address to which you want your order to be sent is complete and correct.

As soon as your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you and you can check the full details of your order. Once your payment is completed and confirmed, we’ll ship your order.

Once your shipment is on its way we will send you another email to notify you, including a tracking number so you can track exactly when your order will arrive.

In order to make your delivery it’s necessary that the shipping option you choose corresponds with the destination address you provided, but don’t worry if for any reason you chose incorrectly, you’ll be informed by email so that you can make the correction and if necessary cover the corresponding missing costs.

In the orders that are delivered in store or in local home delivery mode, the name and signature of the person who receives it will be requested as proof that the merchandise was delivered in perfect condition. In national or international shipping orders, the parcel company will be responsible for collecting the corresponding information.
