  • All orders are processed through the secure PayPal platform, recognized as the safest way in the world to make online payments, and you can make your payment even if you do not have a PayPal account.

    We accept all main credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB, as well as some bank debit cards that allow digital purchases.

    We also accept bank transfers or bank deposit for purchases within Mexico. If you wish to use this form of payment, please request the information through the email ventas@tikal.com.mx, or write to us through the whatsapp chat on the page or directly by calling +52 81 2935 5007, or by phone + 52 81 8335 1740 so that we can attend to your request.

  • Processing a payment is generally instantaneous. However, depending on your bank, the process can take a couple of business days if the approval of the charge through PayPal does not occur automatically.

    The reason that the validation of the payment takes longer is because your banking institution decides to request more information for a secure payment. PayPal cooperates with banks to meet all the security measures that they may suggest to their customers and thus be protected when buying online.

  • Unfortunately customers can’t cancel orders through the website. If you need to cancel an order or make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by calling +52 81 8335 1740 or whatsapp +52 81 2935 5007, or through the email ventas@tikal.com.mx and provide us with your order number and the email used in your order so that we can make any changes before your order is shipped.

    If your order has already been sent or delivered, it will not be possible to cancel it.

  • You can return any product that you have changed your mind about when you see it at home, we’ll give you a personal credit in the store to exchange it for anything else you want. We understand that sometimes decoration can only be judged until it’s placed in the space for which you were planning it; unfortunately we won’t be able to refund your money, or packaging and shipping costs in any case.

    If you want to make a return or exchange, get in touch by calling, sending an email or write to us at the contact information previously mentioned. Consider that the shipping costs related to the return must be covered by you.

  • All our prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN). However, you can pay with any credit or debit card using the currency of your country; when completing the secure purchase through PayPal, the system will indicate the exact conversion of the amount to be paid to your local currency.

  • Yes, most of the articles on our website can be reserved. Please contact us so that we can attend to your request.

    Consider that we require a 30% advance to reserve a product.

  • If you need to request an invoice for your purchase, send an email to ventas@tikal.com.mx; if you live in Mexico, provide your order number and your complete tax information: name or company name, RFC, full tax address, type of use of the CFDi and email.

    If you don’t receive your invoice in the email provided in less than 3 business days, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
